Training

 

We do occasional training sessions for badminton beginners. Usually, we show some techniques and strategies on one of our court during the first half hour of our events - join in for some basics about serving, smashing, correctly holding your racket, defending and attacking, team play strategies and the infamous leg work on the court.

Additionally, our members do individual warm-up programs where they practise shots and technique. Feel free to ask the better players for advice!
